December 2015 16 ~ 17, the national pesticide residue standards review committee of the thirteenth plenary meeting held in Beijing. The meeting considered the "food 24- drops of two ammonium carbamate 90 pesticides 122 MRL standards", "the transformation of Codex (CAC) 105 1190 maximum residue limit standard" and "the 108 National Standards for pesticide residues in food detection methods (Draft)".  
The meeting examined and adopted a new formulation of the "food 24- drops of two ammonium carbamate 89 pesticides 120 MRL standards" and "101 kinds of pesticide into CAC 962 MRL standards"; approved by the 108 National Standard method of determination method and integration detection relates to keep the new established limits in the.  
The meeting is the first national pesticide residue standards review committee last meeting. Founded 5 years ago and the Ministry of Supervision Bureau deputy director Chen Youquan standard office of the director of Dong Hongyan speech, fully affirmed the committee, a lot of work done, and has made remarkable achievements: one is to establish the technical standard of pesticide residues in the review, the Ministry of Agriculture issued "form of pesticide residues in food risk assessment application guide", "food maximum residue limits for pesticides in developing the guidelines" 6 technical specifications, to further improve the formulation of procedures and principles of pesticide residue standards;  
Two is to accelerate the development of pesticide residue standards. The committee examined a total of more than 5200 standard, compared with 2009 870 pesticide residue standards increased by 5 times, the formation of a standard system of formal and temporary, exempted substances such as supporting; three are cleaning up the completed old standard, completed in 2012 on the implementation of limited standard of pesticide residues in food cleaning issued before 2009, 2015 413 Standard Test Method for cleaning, the abolition of the standard method of more than 110 repeat old, form the system of detection method of limit standard matching; four is the preparation of the "speed up the work plan" to improve China's pesticide residue standards, put forward by 2020 to reach 10000 standards of pesticide residues, realize the production according to the mark, the product standard but prosecutors, law enforcement standard can be sentenced to the target.
